Villa Pandora

Pandora Boutique Villa in Katouna, Lefkada, is a landmark, a point of reference for the island. Recently completed, Pandora Boutique Villa is a luxury accommodation that represents Ionian Living, in the perfect location for magical colorful sunsets and the most stunning sea view.

The villa comprises of 3 levels and the villas décor including 5 bedrooms make you feel at home, as though you have been there before. In fact the bedrooms have distinct personalities and unique decoration. The living rooms and dining areas can accommodate 10 people and the kitchens (inner and outdoor) have all the necessary equipment to prepare a lavish dinner. Pandora Boutique Villa compliments full Air-conditioning throughout the property.

The pool area is surrounded by a wonderful tree and flower garden, and the BBQ area leads to a secret and hidden garden. Pandora Boutique Villa also has private parking at the villa.

Villa Nereus

Built all on one level, Villa Nereus is a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa close to Nidri, which offers complete relaxation, comfort, sea and mountain views and at the same time is in easy reach of all amenities.

The entrance of Villa Nereus leads directly into the large open plan lounge- dining area. This lovely room with its high wooden beams ceiling has fantastic views from the big French windows, makes it possible to enjoy gorgeous views from the dining table with every meal.

Just off the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with all the everything you need to enjoy eating at home plus all the necessary BBQ utensils.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower enclosure and large French doors opening out onto the front terrace.

At the back of the villa are two twin bedrooms separated by a shared bathroom with shower enclosure, bath tub and washing machine. One with large French doors and the other with a large window making it perfect for younger children.

Each room has Air-conditioning and the villa also has WIFI.

Outside a large stone paved area surrounds the villa, with built in a BBQ and pergola to keep you shaded so that you can cook anytime of day. Of course the villa compliments its own private pool and private parking. As Villa Nereus is East facing the sunrise is particularly beautiful, the reflection of the sun’s rays turn the mountains on the mainland bright pink, you have to see it to believe it.

Tucked away in the forest above Nidri harbour we have created a wonderful luxury, private retreat with extraordinary panoramic views. Magnificent, star gazing is possible given the near total absence of light pollution.

Our heated pool makes swimming during every week of the season comfortable with a pool temperature of at least 23-24C whilst our investment in a 22-panel solar array means we produce all our own electricity making your heated-pool, air-conditioned stay both luxurious and carbon-neutral.
